Last Thursday 12th I've ordered a total of €364 (a smartphone and accessories) and it was delivered in my previous address although I've changed it during my shopping.
But still, I called and the support the day after, Friday, when I didn't received, and they said it was still possible to "rollback" and send to my current address in Brussels as it was not delivered yet. Also said that it was going to be delivered on Saturday to me.
When it didn't arrived on Saturday, I called again. Another person picked up and told me that I should print, sign and send back a certification to have this cancellation and get my package. But the first support person didn't tell me that AT ALL! So I couldn't know it!
I told this second person that I don't have printer at home and I would do this on Monday as I could print it at work.
Again, surprise: the package was delivered anyway to my previous address on Monday at10h30!!!
Then I called Coolblue again and send email and the answer I've received is that Coolblue cannot do anything for me as it was already delivered. They (support from Coolblue) said that I put the wrong address so it's not Coolblue's issue anymore.
What is not being take into account is this communication from Coolblue side to do not inform me correctly about the certification step and also, for saying that I could send the certification anyway on Monday but afterwards, shipping the package anyway!!!
Now I have to find a way to contact the current tenant of my old apartment and do whatever is necessary to get it back???
I'm feeling a huge lack of thrust from me to Coolblue and a lack of follow up and good sense from Coolblue side!
It's probably the 8th time I buy with Coolblue (3 on my account and 5 with my girlfriend's account) and I completely disappointed with this situation.
A lot of frustration and energy drained by this and NO HELP AT ALL from Coolblue to get this solved.
- Very bad communication from support team
- Mislead on what I can do to get my package back
- No follow up at all after the delivery
- Abandon after deliver (even when wrong)
