Enter The Dark Zone and you’ll find a hostile environment where the risks of engaging powerful enemies and rogue operatives are balanced with the valuable loot you can extract.

It’s your choice who to trust – will you team up with fellow agents and take down enemies together, or turn rogue and enter into relentless PvP battles against other players?

If you choose to pursue the loot for yourself, beware – you’ll be marked as a rogue agent, putting a bounty on your head that the rest of The Dark Zone’s inhabitants won’t be able to resist.

Your Base of Operations
Once inside the mean streets of Manhattan, one of your first jobs will be to establish a secure Base of Operations.

This safe zone houses your medical, tech and security wings; special units dedicated to assisting Division agents and New York’s citizens. Completing missions for these wings grants supplies to each wing, allowing you to upgrade it and benefit from new skills, perks and resources that will help your fight to liberate the city.

Specialists in their field
Your agent has skills and perks that can make them a specialist in a certain field – or be evenly awarded to make them an all-rounder.

Focus on Medical skills and you’ll be a valuable support agent, healing your team in battle, spotting enemies and gaining access to contaminated zones.

The Tech tree puts gadgets at your disposal, improves your weapons and gives you more options at the crafting stations.

Security makes you a juggernaut on the battlefield, improving your attacks, giving mobile cover options and making you a force to be reckoned with in a fire fight.
