It was set up in 2006 and is part of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore's larger Student Infocomm Outreach programme of its S$120m Infocomm Manpower Development Roadmap. It aims to excite students about infocomm in a fun and meaningful way by helping them to learn new skills and to cultivate leadership and entrepreneurship capabilities at an early age.
