MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF OHADA COMPANIES AND OIL CONTRACTS. The CSR rating of African companies has both ethical and strategic implications. Its primary objective is to establish a CSR profile capable of fostering a relationship of trust between executives, shareholders, other corporate partners, and the financial market. However, the institutional and organizational framework for non-financial reporting under OHADA is limited in its ability to enable employers to meet both their obligation of means-linked to regulatory constraints-and their obligation of results-linked to managerial constraints. This research is followed by studies addressing negotiation techniques for oil contracts in developing countries.
