A high-quality silicone gasket seals the container - hygienic and airtight - and the freshness valve then creates a slight vacuum that guarantees the aroma. The integrated drip tray inside the container also prevents the food from coming into contact with any condensation that may form. This guarantees that your foods remain fresh and crisp for longer.
