De TRENDnet TK-217i is een witte KVM-switch dat zich vooral kenmerkt door zijn compact en functioneel design, met afmetingen van 89 x 64 x 25 mm, past het apparaat moeiteloos op elk bureau. Met een gewicht van 315 gram is deze licht en gemakkelijk verplaatsbaar. De switch is ontworpen om bedraad te functioneren en is voorzien van vier USB 2.0 poorten om meerdere apparaten tegelijk aan te sluiten.
