Cindy Lou Capers: Retenue pour le trouble

She passed the bar. Nobody said anything about survival.

Cindy Lou is a brand-new solo lawyer in New York City. When three desperate clients walk into her office in one chaotic week, she stumbles into a citywide charity embezzlement scheme that could destroy her career before it starts.

With a forged signature that implicates her own practice, a missing poodle whose GPS collar holds the key evidence, and a charity gala heist involving shrimp and a service elevator, Cindy Lou has to prove who really committed the fraud.

Retainer to Trouble is the first book in The Cindy Lou Legal Capers.
