There is trouble in Shoetown. Something is wrong at the shoe factory. No matter what the technicians do or what buttons they push, the only result is sandals. It is wintertime, and all the local folks are trying to go about their business wearing sandals in the snow. The people are angry. The children are cold and shivering. Engineer Ed had no luck fixing the assembly line, but he sure tried. Parts were strewn on the floor everywhere. What will they do?
