The Libri GmbH The Thorne Legacy Paperback

"New Orleans: swarming with ghosts, and fevered with history. A man once told me the difference between it and Venice is that the old Venetian gods are sleeping, whereas their New Orleans counterparts are very much awake, and amoral, and hungry. Walk the streets of the Vieux Carre, and you will fall in love. When you do, listen close. You'll hear it laughing, and feel a chill in the sultry air. Someone just walked over your grave. A thousand ghost stories should be written in its tribute. This is one."* * *"Dark, psychic undercurrents pulse through the novella, with hints of a Creole shadow-side, imbued with hidden histories and a horror-tinged mood, as a writer's obsession navigates a haunting legacy and the weight of the past."Eugen Bacon - Solstice, British Fantasy, Locus and Ignyte Award winner and Philip K.
