Millie's cousin, Liz Rasmussen, has booked an all-expenses paid cruise on board Siren of the Seas for her sister Gloria and close friends, a thank you for helping get Liz and her wealthy husband, Floyd out of a pickle.

The sun is shining, the seas are calm, and Gloria can't wait to kick back and relax. Not long into their voyage, crewmembers from the mega cruise ship find a luxury yacht in distress. When they reach the yacht, they discover a group of young adults on board and rescue them.

Instead of being grateful for the rescue, the spoiled seafarers appear determined to cause trouble...not only trouble but engage in destructive behavior. Unable to catch them in the act, Millie enlists the help of Cousin Gloria and the others.
