I wrote before about a problem I had with my buds + that they stopped working and they weren't fixed by the warranty. Then belsimpel contacted me and asked me to send the buds to them and they will fix it for me. So i did and then in the end they said it couldn't be fixed and instead they will send me new ones. The next day I received my new ear buds+, so they were very helpful and friendly about it
