In global scientific practice, special attention is paid to identifying areas with shrinking natural landscapes and high vulnerability to climate change, assessing populations of endemic and rare species using modern methods, and developing measures to conserve species in need of protection. In this regard, determining the floristic composition of territories experiencing increasing anthropogenic impact, identifying and accounting for their natural resources, and developing scientifically sound approaches to their rational use are among the most urgent scientific and practical tasks.
