Sharpen your skills behind the dish for fastpitch softball with the Easton x Jen Schro Flatglove training mitt! This tool, developed by catching guru Jen Schroeder, features a flat palm with a slight indentation, perfect for drills that practice working through the pitch and creating correct receiving angles when catching.

On top of that, it comes in a stylish white/melon Speedshell back, which reduces weight and increases the speed of your reps.
