At the same time, the rim is lower than on the deep casserole pans, allowing liquids to evaporate faster and meat to be turned easily. Made from rust-free Cromargan® stainless steel and featuring a TransTherm® universal base, WMF shallow casserole pans are suitable for use on all hobs, including induction. The pans are also available in cast aluminium as well as various sizes with matching glass or stainless steel lids.\n\nThe KAISER Mini collection is not only appreciated by singles: the four mini baking pans for traditional baking goods in small format are designed to hold half the amount of ingredients - therefore cake lovers do not have to do without the full savour. The mini baking tins feature a dual nonstick coating and leakproof springform pans. The springform pan can be opened by loosening the clasp - then simply lift out the cake.
